The location here is great, stunning with a nearby waterfall and in a local area, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

The deluxe room was top-notch and had an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. I had a warm welcome, friendly attentive staff. - the setting of the hotel was stunning and incredible, with easy access to the ferry to Bowness on Windermere. - It was also near the lake, restaurants, and both the town center and the lake.

We both enjoyed it, the place is fabulous and suited fine. Our stay was a lovely experience.

There was lift missing.

Units with comfortable bed.

The location was magnificent for walking around Hayes Garden World Ambleside. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. Everyone was efficient and incredible as well as proprietor. The breakfasts were marvellous and delicious with fresh fruit and smoked salmon, for example, couldn’t ask for anything better.

Wi-Fi was very poor, very small room, a little disappointed.

The units are brand-new, top-notch.

This hotel is welcoming and perfectly situated near the town center with a lovely interior design.

Convenient location 📍 close to the town center. Had a nice walk to the Lily for a nightcap before bed, as it was just a short stroll away from here.
